After B.Sc, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Sc to study the research side.
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with M.Sc or MBA.
So, in a nutshell, you should pursue a course based on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your career goal. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.

Hi,
As per query it will be considered as two backlogs only, please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in American universities as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission, however please make sure that by the time you apply for admission you must have cleared all your backlogs.
Eligibility to pursue MS from universities in US are:
1. Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
2. High scores in GRE and TOEFL or IELTS.

If you are a student of regular university you can change your college by showing NOC of present college to NEW college where you want to take admission , the same thing you can ask to university, if they are ready to give you NOC from university , but i would suggest you to take lateral entry in any distance education university, which will save your time and keep you away from tensions.
