After B.Sc, you have two options :
1) You may opt for M.Sc to study the research side.
2) You may pursue MBA if you wish to move your career towards management line.
You have another option with you, i.e.,
You may plan to work in private or public sector industries of various types. After gaining a valuable work experience of a year or two you may finally get a clear picture about your interest area, whether to go with M.Sc or MBA.
So, in a nutshell, you should pursue a course based on your interest and skills as it will help you to achieve your career goal. Think and decide wisely where do you wish to see yourself in future.

As per query it will be considered as two backlogs only, please remember the history of backlogs would not affect your chances of getting admission in American universities as long as you fulfil the eligibility criteria for admission, however please make sure that by the time you apply for admission you must have cleared all your backlogs.
Eligibility to pursue MS from universities in US are:
1. Good academic record preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
2. High scores in GRE and TOEFL or IELTS.
Please note that the eligibility criteria for admission may differ from university to university.

The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years and then opting for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option for you.
After completing MBA in finance you may look out for exciting careers in banks, financial consultancies and financial institutions.
You may get involved in consumer and investment banking, institutional finance, merchant banking, corporate finance and international finance.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
This work experience of yours would surely be an added advantage for you and will give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
