You can go ahead with CA in India offered by ICAI. If looking for overseas, then go for CPA (Certified Public Accountant) which is a certification in accounting, auditing and taxation in the US, Singapore, Australia and many other nations.
Its direct comparable in India would be Chartered Accountant (CA) designation offered by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI).
Whatever the designation, the idea boils down to one fact, that it is a degree in accountancy, auditing and taxation.

CA nomeclature is only in India, Australia, Bangaldesh and such programmes are country specific only as accounting standard of every country differ from each other.In canada it is known CGA, so in USA as a CPA
So you need to fix in which country you want to work and accordingly need to decide. Every country has different requirement.
