Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation.
Besides academic you also need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc for admission in MBA program.
So as per your profile it would not be possible for you to get admission in full time MBA or PGDM program.
So I would suggest you to apply for improvement exam and prepare well so that you may score atleast 50% marks in graduation you are eligible for admission in MBA or PGDM program.

If you are not interested in core field then you can opt for MBA which will help you in changing your career path towards management instead of pure technical stuff.
