Hi Suresh,
Although, there are several coaching Institutes giving IAS training in Delhi but it would be difficult to rank them as there is no concrete listing on the basis of which we can give you the best IAS Coaching Institutes. However, few of the the popular ones are Rau's IAS Study Circle and Chanakya Academy.

The answer to your question completely depends on the course you want to apply for. If you are looking for a management related masters course, you will have to take the GMAT and TOEFL. In the GMAT, you will be required to score atleast 720+ and 100+ in the TOEFL. If you are looking for a non management related course you will have to take the GRE and score above 1400+.
If you are looking for a bachelors course, you will have to take SAT.

Hi Suresh,
Rau's IAS Study circle is one of the good Coaching Institutes. However, as there is no neutral public rating for such Institutes it would be difficult to rank such coaching Institutes.
I would like to add here that before you enroll yourself into any Institute please keep few factors in mind: the study material, infrastructure, the faculty background etc. I would also suggest you to visit the branch for which you want to enroll and try and talk with few of the current batch students and the faculty who is going to take your batch.
Hope this will be of help. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please

Hi Richa,
If you are keen to pursue law only after doing B.tech, you are eligible for the same but then fundamentally both the courses are of different career domains and holds no similarity with one another.
There are many institutes in India which are offering LL.B courses and to know about the same you may refer to the following link:

But if you plan to pursue Law after 12th then you can opt for the BA.LL.B and to know about the same, you may refer to the following link:
