Although, you have mentioned that you are working in tea manufacturing sector, but you have not mentioned anything about your profile. However, you can go for MBA in Operations which can help you in getting better job opportunities in your sector. I would also suggest you to do your MBA from a decent Institute like IIMs or MDI, IMT etc.
