First of all I would say clear yourself about whether you are looking for Psychology or Physiology, if you are looking for Psychology then your brother need to have graduation in the same or need to have psychology as a subject in your Graduation, and in case you are looking for Physiology, then as correctly stated by BMTY your brother should have Graduation in Science subject, to be more specific Graduation in subjects like chemistry, microbiology, botany, zoology and physiology and must have secured not less than 60% of marks.

Hi Vikas, hotel management is the course that aims in the development of managerial qualities needed for the services tourism or hotel industries in aspirants whereas hospitality management course is all about the administrative functions in hotel, restaurants, etc.
To get into a job in hotel management field for the posts like manager and all candidates require relevant years of experience in the same field whereas candidates who have pursued hospitality management can get into entry level jobs without experience.

As the Civil Service Examination conducted by UPSC is a really tough Examination it would be difficult to crack it through self study, so advisable is that you should opt to prepare by joining a coaching Institute, However if you are planning for self study you hard work and time management are the only two tools to conquer such examinations. There are several books available in the market for IAS preparation namely Galgotia's R.S Aggarwal etc. Apart from this you should read a lot to get hold on general Knowledge topics, reading newspaper, novels, listening to news would be beneficial.

In order to get admission in these universities you need to have good academic background, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
Apart from GRE score, you also need to have TOEFL score of 80-90 plus.
Since you wish to apply for September intake, it would would be advisable to take GRE once again as you still have time to apply.It is always advisable to start your application process at least 6-7 months in advance of your planned admission intake.

please guys don't think of joining this fake college. there is no requirement to get in b'coz ; it's not the good standard college. there used to be a college named iiae, dehradun which started in 1992 and it has a good reputation as well but by some reason it has been shut after years; and this fraud person named mahendra kumar is using that name to make money. once u get in there there is no chance u will get any proper certificate or knowledge or job. i have my personal experience of joining this fraud college but luckily me and my friends get in to the reality after a year and we left that place. but still there are many students who have no future and the fraud director keeps on asking more fees. its better to join some foreign reputed college/university as this idiot is asking for the hell lot of money and not providing any good education. and still if you can't afford foreign studies try to join government approved colleges where study takes place.
