Hi,
Yes, you may surely pursue MBA after PGDBM, in order to pursue MBA you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However, if you are a graduate then you may consider either MBA of PGDBM, both these course have almost the same curriculum.
MBA degree is offered by universities whereas PGDBM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
While taking admission your emphasis should be more on getting admission in good universities or institutes.

It would not suit you. You already equivalent to MBA. If you want to have Masters degree, then you may do M.Com, MA, etc.
