Hello Venkatesh, Certified programs are always a add on courses hat you usually do yo enhance your Resume and get a stand out chance for any interview. While on the graduate programs are not more of job driven and provide you with a degree certificate. I would Suggest both are beneficial as long as you can take out what you want from it. Anyday Graduates are more preferred than people with certification but both graduation with certification will provide you an added advantage while making an application.
Choosing a certification also depends on many factors. If you feel that you have enough qualifications and are looking for some quick courses that can help you get a job you can better opt for it.
