A bunch of exams will also be conducted to check your proficiency in English like TOEFL, IELTS. As your post graduation subject Geoinformatics is related to the Geography and Earth Science, so you can appear for UGC NET with Geography subject and CSIR NET Earth Science exam. To apply for the exams you have to fulfill the eligibility criteria. You should have minimum 55% aggregate marks in M.Sc. If you want to appear for JRF exam then you have to also follow age criteria I. e. For CSIR NET - 28 years (Maximum Age)
