Well a student who has passed Common Proficiency Test and Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 examination) conducted by an examining body constituted by law in India or an examination recognized by the Central Government as equivalent thereto may join Accounting Technician Course.

As such there are many certifications related to IT that you can opt for but then it entirely depends as to which specialization you would like to up as your career path like Hardware Networking, Software, Testing, Database etc.
You can always look into your interest and your capability first, based on which you may then decide for a course provided you can manage two courses (BCA degree and certification) simultaneously.

ETH,zurich is a good university, the university offers various post graduate course in English.
All the international students, whose first or native language is not English have to take either TOEFL or IELTS to prove their English proficiency.
In order to pursue MS form this university you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in graduation.
