As you are a B.Tech student, you can pursue masters in the same field in which you are pursuing undergraduate degree as it will add on to the knowledge of what all you have learned during graduation.

Well I may suggest you with the following:-
*Stay motivated- You need to be prepared for it both physically & mentally. Stay positive & stay motivated. Believe in yourself!
*Clear Concepts- Your focus should initially be completely on your NCERT textbooks. If you sit back & analyse the IIT-JEE question papers of the last 5 years, you'd realise that most of the questions are of the NCERT level.
*Revise- Never under-estimate the power of repetition & revision. Go over your concepts again & again & AGAIN. Do not move forward to the next level till you are completely thorough with all the basic concepts discussed in your NCERT textbooks.
*Pick up the Right Books-
Physics: HC Verma (considered to be the Bible for Physics) This book comes with solutions as well which are fairly explanatory.
Chemistry: Dr.O.P. Agrawal & RC Mukherjee Physical Chemistry
Mathematics:
K.C.Sinha Algebra & Calculus & Probability (try solving all the questions at the back of this book)

Well I have already discussed the career, institutes in your previous posts.To add more, I can say that employers will want you to have exposure to or experience working with the technologies of one of the four big cloud computing companies: Amazon, Google, Microsoft or Salesforce.com, and/or experience working with virtualization technologies such as that of VMWare.
Other requirements may include:
BA/BS degree in engineering, computer science or related field;
Network and security architecture experience;
Experience with a cloud migration, data center migration, or server consolidation project;
Knowledge of and experience with technologies such as Java, Web services, SOAP and Ajax;

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:
1)A candidate should have a degree of graduation in any discipline from any recognized university.
2)A candidate in his final year is also eligible for the civil services exam. (IPS, IFS, IAS)
3)A candidate's age must be between 21 to 30 years. 3 and 5 YEARS of RELAXATION for OBC and SC/ST respectively.
4)A candidate must be an indian citizen.
5)Number of attempts:
*Four of general candidate
*Seven for OBC candidate
*No limit on attempts for SC/ST candidate.
