The MBA /PGDM specialization subject should largely depend upon your own liking as to what kind of job you would want to do, and in which field you are more keen to make a career. If you are more technically inclined (and also academically interested) and wish to work in some kind of manufacturing / project etc then Operations or IT-Infrastructure would suit you more. If you find yourself more at ease speaking and communicating with people with high confidence then opt for the marketing field and then choose Marketing as your specialization subject.

Himanchal, you can do hardware and neteworking from Jetking, IIHT or CDAC. Also, you can look at programming. I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someo
