You have a decent score in CAT and your academics are also good. So you will definitely get a call for GD-PI. Focus on your GD-PI skills now and do well. Your performance in the GD-PI will matter a lot. But you do have a good chance.

There is no course called MBA HR in BIMTECH. There are only 4 courses

2) International Business
3) Insurance Business Management
4) Retail Management
It is after taking the PGDM General/Core, you can choose HR as your specialization later.

MAT scores is considered only in the Insurance Business Management and Retail Management courses. It is not considered for the General/Core and International Business courses.
With graduation marks less than 50%, you are not elligible for the CAT itself, so you might find it difficult to get into the Core program at BIMTECH.
But who knows, the policies of CAT might change, or you may at other colleges or other courses, with your other test scores.
