These figures are based on the seat allotment results seen during the last three years, including 2015. The college prefers MH-CET instead of CMAT as Xavier Institute of Management & Research's MMS course comes under the Mumbai University. If you want to go only on the basis of your CMAT scores, then everything depends on the general CMAT cutoffs and your score will have to be high.
Package:
In terms of the package, the college is still just making its mark in the industry. There are some core finance companies (including HDFC Limited) that frequently hire, and the college is trying to get more and more companies for campus recruitment. However, since the college is relatively new, what salary you are able to draw also considerably depends on how well-versed you are with the fundamentals of finance and what extra work you have done other that what is done in the classroom; for examples, have you written or co-authored any research paper or have you conducted a general survey and things like that. The college focuses a lot on case studies, so you get a platform to apply what you learn. We have had packages of up to Rs. 8 lakhs over the past years, including a few people from the current batch. On average, the package is around Rs. 4 lakhs.
Seat allotment:
There are 60 seats in all; here is the allotment:
1) 31 seats are reserved for Roman Catholics (under the minority quota)
2) 17 seats are reserved for those coming through the CAP rounds (MH-CET) - including up to 3 seats from All India. If the All India seats are not filled, then other candidates from Maharashtra are selected.
3) 12 seats are reserved for being filled through the institute quota (though the fees more or less remain the same as that for other seats).

IAF is one of the most challenging career field. There are different levels under which people are hired in IAF, One is the Intermediate level (i.e. after +2), or after graduation or after post-graduation.
There are mainly three branches under which you can work and serve towards IAF as an officer, flying branch, technical branch and ground staff.
Both Men and Women are offered positions in all the three branches. All the branches have different set of eligibility criteria and age limits.
Flying branch - Graduate in any stream with Mathematics and Physics in +2 is important and max age limit is 23.
Technical Branch- You can join in any of the two aeronautical engineering streams - Electronics/ Mechanical depending on the education background, education qualification required is AMIE in electronics or mechanical, the maximum age limit is 28 years.
And for the last Branch which is the Ground staff the most common eligibility criteria is a graduate degree (B.Com in case of Accounts Division) with a minimum score of 60%. There are various sub branched in the ground duty to work in, like administration, accounts, stock/ logistics.
Also, remember that physical fitness is one of the most important aspect to be eligible and to be shortlisted for IAF and there is a separate exam to qualify a physical test.
