See CAT was a compulsion to take admissions in PU till the year 2013.
But last two batches i.e 2014 & 2015 batch there was no compulsion for a CAT score.
This year there might b a chance but till now there is no such notification.
So if you wanna be a part of MBA @ PU just be prepared for the entrance test organised by the universiy itself, which will be conducted sometime around May 2016.

Percentile:
For MH-CET, anything above 95 percentile should be good enough if you are from Mumbai, Maharashtra. If you have a score of more than 94 percentile, then everything depends on the general scores and cutoffs in the CET.
