Hi Roop, to get an admission for a UG course you will have send the following documents to the University. Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certficate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, diploma certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letter of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS ( 6 min ). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.
When the university receives your documents they will acknowledge it and when they have decided to accept you as a student then they will send you an offer letter. This is the process of admission. Further to this if there any conditions to be met then you will have to send the relevant documents requested. Once your offer becomes unconditional you can begin with the visa formalities.
