Hi,
In order to pursue higher studies or practice medicine in foreign countries, most of the countries requires all the international medical graduates to get them self registered with the medical council of the particular country where they wish to study or practice medicine.
Generally most of the countries conducts the eligibility test, and if the students pass this examination, they can pursue higher studies or practice medicine.
It would be advisable for you to browse through the official websites of the medical council of the country where you wish to practice.

US is one of the finest study destination to pursuer MS in mechanical engineering and related fields.
