The National Aptitude Test in Architecture (NATA) measures the aptitude of the applicant for specific field of study, i.e. Architecture. The test measures drawing and observation skills, sense of proportion, aesthetic sensitivity and critical thinking ability, that have been acquired over a long period of time, and that are related to specific field of study, i.e. Architecture.
Eligibility
Candidates having 50% marks in 10+2 or equivalent examination with mathematics as one of the subject, only are eligible for admission to B.Arch.Course.
The NATA Information Brochure (including Registration Form) is available for sale at a price of Rs.1000.00, which includes Nata Test fees, at the designated branches of “Axis Bank” from 15 March 2012. The detailed procedure for registration is available in the Registration section on this website.

First he needs to decide what he wish to pursue (which field). He can select any course of his choice, provided he possess keen interest and passion for the subject.
He can take up a bachelor's degree in any of the arts/commerce or science subjects. He could even learn a foreign language and aim for an interpreter's job in the consulates and embassies. He can even prepare for the Indian Civil Service Examinations or State Civil Service Examinations (graduation mandatory).
