Dear,
According to my suggestion, firstly, you should join NGO as a volunteer in weekend mode or whenever you get time and join any company based on your education background.
Through that, you would get the experience and working pattern of NGO sector. What skills do you require apart from your previous education qualification?
Accordingly, you can apply for job or Development studies or Social work programme for better understanding from good University.
All the best.
