What you can immediately do and perhaps what you are correctly doing is to gain relevant work experience. You need to target getting into companies where you can get huge exposure to dealing with international businesses. You need to put into practice the theories you studied in your MBA and then modify those theories to suit the needs of the specific business your organization is in. Work experience is required more at this stage in my opinion.

Electronic commerce, commonly known as E-commerce, is a type of industry where buying and selling of product or service is conducted over electronic systems such as the Internet and other computer networks. Electronic commerce is generally considered to be the sales aspect of e-business. As far as my understanding goes, E-Commerce courses are mostly post graduate courses. So I think you need to complete graduation in this field before venturing in to E-Commerce.

Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition. Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.
Be careful while selecting a college as merely getting a degree is not enough for this competitive world.
