It is good to see your seriousness in making your career, so regarding that please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
So, you may consider pursuing any course at undergraduate level as per your interest and liking.
However, as per your query, pursuing BBA, would be the best option for you, the BBA program usually includes general business courses and advanced courses for specific concentrations.
The degree is designed to give a broad knowledge of the functional areas of a company, and their interconnection, while also allowing for specialization in a particular area.
The degree also develops the student's practical managerial skills, communication skills and business decision-making capability.
However, I would would suggest that once you complete your graduation you should work for 2-3 years and then opt for MBA, as it will further enhance your career prospects.
This work work experience yours would give you competitive advantage to you over candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.

1. Education background of the students.
2. Score in various management entrance test.

1. Programming languages act as a link between man and a machine. New programming languages are created as technology advances.
To build a career in programming, I may suggest you:-
*You must first decide on which sector of the computer programming business you want to specialize in, whether on gaming, database, website development, etc.
*Train yourself in either JAVA or OOPS or C+ language as per your choice. Review your programming books or do a number of projects on your own.
*Join a computer programming community forum on the Internet as that could be quite handy with getting your mastery on the computer language of your choice.
*Take a certification test as it certainly adds to your credibility as a computer programmer and makes a nice and impressive entry in your resume.
The industry needs computer programmers who are masters in a particular programming language and specialize in a specific field.

The B.Com. programme provides a good knowledge base for a range of careers. These are broadly of two types:
Those in business and finance such as CA, company secretaryship (CS), cost and works accountants (CWA), banking and so on.
Others, including or related to finance, law. mass communication, hotel management, civil services, etc.
A commerce education can lead to jobs with corporations and banks as investment bankers, managers, financial consultants, accountants, advisers etc.
Accountancy is key in this field and if you are good with numbers, you can excel. Even if you have not cleared the IPCC. you can still get into finance-related careers through programs such as CWA and CS as well as diplomas in banking and finance, treasury management and financial planning offered by a number of institutes.

Your lisp problem won't hamper your career.
Go for regular MCA if you have studied Maths in class XII.
Without Maths, you can opt the following ways-
1. Pick Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Applications which will make you eligible for 2nd year M.C.A through lateral entry and simultaneously pursue DOEACC A Level.
2. Distance M.C.A with I.G.N.O.U as it allows you to clear Maths exam and then proceed with the master program.
Simultaneously, you can opt for industry relevant certifications in order to enhance the career opportunities.

There are many short-term course available in institutes but they are categorised which are software specific such as:
*GWD-(Illustrator, Coral Draw, Photoshop, Dreamweaver)
i.e; if u want to be a Graphic Designer:)
*AAIP-(mostly includes above software+ including Flash, Sound Forge, Premiere Pro, Toon Boom Studio,etc. + 3D software such as Max n Maya i.e; u'll get more option for your job!: 2D animators, Web designers, A/V Editors, Graphic Designer!
Course fees are mostly around 50k-90k(GWD), 80k-1.25lac(AAIP)
but it totally depends on the number of softwares they will teach (you can also opt according to your choice and interest! ask them;?) I have given a rough estimate of course fee and it varies from centre to centre; kindly do an enquiry by contacting them.
In Animation what I have seen is there are no limits on how much you can grab! so in my opinion you should first see in which field you have your interest and then further enquire in ur nearest centre. Hope you will get it; if you need any help or have doubts feel free to revert back:)
