Well these things to get noticed but yes if you can compensate it with other plus points like overall percentage or extra curricular activities then you can try to getting into the Canadian universities, visa comes after that.

You need to appear for LPU-NEST exam if you want to take admission in MBA international Business.
I would suggest you to appear for this exam and take admission befor 31 May 2015 if you want to take benefit of last year fee.

Your admission into PGDM depends on your many other factors along with your Cet/CMAT scores like work experience and your performance in the MP and PI rounds. Your Cet/CMAT scores and performance in MP/PI holds more weightage. So if you perform well in your PI and MP round you can get through. All the best:)

There is particular way to clear your GD/PI. According to me, it all depends on an individual's caliber. While preparing for a GD/PI, keep these few points in mind:
-Knowing the processes for GD/PI
-Knowing how to conduct yourself during these activities i.e. knowing what to do and what not to do.
-Working on the skills that will be tested through these activities
-Practicing till you gain confidence and are able to perform well
-Simultaneously enhancing your background knowledge of various areas so that you can build effective arguments for whatever topic might be given to you or effectively answer any questions that may be posed.

The Ranchi process is over and will not happen there again. However, you may visit the balaji society website and apply for the last round of process which may/may not happen at the end of May, but only in Pune. I suggest you apply online if the applications are still open and appear for the pune process which may happen at the end of May.
