Best would be to continue with your pg degree after BTech. You can go for MTech.(CSE / IT) or MCA after BTech. Most of the companies these days are having web based projects. Therefore the skills required are knowledge of Java, Oracle, VB.Net, Asp.Net, C#, XML etc. Normally these subjects are covered as part of the BSc. syllabus, but are not covered extensively. So best would be to join these course separately from a private institute like NIIT, STG, Aptech etc. and at the same time clear their certifications too. A SUN certified Java programmer is given more value than a Java expert, who is not certified. Similarly target clearing Microsoft certifications too. All this additional knowledge will help you in getting a good job break.
Hence a software testing profile will be more profitable.

When any project begins - both software development and testing teams get involved from day 1. While the actual job of software developers begins much later, software testing teams usually begins right at the time of verifying the specification documents and continues throughout the life cycle of the project. It'd not be wrong to say that software testing teams often have a better knowledge of the overall functioning of the software systems they are working on.
Software development, is one of the most crucial parts because without it, nothing gets 'developed'. Project manager or team lead will assign specific modules to you which you will have to code according to the specifications finalized by the software testing & business development teams. Every module developed by the developers is checked by the testing team and approved.
Skill Set Requirements:
For Developers: The developer skill set will be determined by the nature of the project and the technology stack decided by the software architects (much senior position in the organisation). If the architects decide that a combo of Java, C, Ruby, Python would be used in the project then accordingly developers will be selected who are trained on these technologies.
For Test Engineers: They require entirely different skill set which could be a mix of Java, C, Ruby, Python along with software manual and automation tools along with scripting languages. There are several automation tools that require programming knowledge. It's a myth that software testing engineers do not write code. Given the complexity of the project a software testing engineer might end up writing more complex code than his developer counterpart. The point to be understood is that - both development and testing jobs require you to have programming knowledge.
Career Growth:
Software testing and development engineers have unique growth paths with similarities. Software developers may get promoted to module lead, team lead, project lead, project manager and so on depending on the company's hierarchy.
A software testing engineer will have a similar path where he/she will become team lead, project lead, project manager, test architect etc. It's a myth that there are no or little growth opportunities in software testing career.

Students can either pursue BTech (Bachelor of Technology) / B.E (Bachelors of Engineering) or Bsc (Bachelors of science)
Difference Between BTech B.E and BSc:-
B.Tech. is a professional Bachelors' degree program whereas B.Sc. is only an academic Science graduation course. B Tech stands for Bachelor of Technology whereas B.Sc. is Bachelor of Science. Since B Tech is an engineering graduation, B Tech students have to study the vast techniques involved in a particular subject. They have to study about the processes involved in designing new instruments, techniques or programs, which comes under their field of study. On the contrary, B.Sc. graduates may have to study the working principles about an instrument or a process that is included in their curriculum.
Duration of B Tech and B.Sc. programs:-
Although both these are graduation programs, B Tech is a four year duration course. Aspirants can complete the B.Sc. programs within three years. Engineering colleges offer the B Tech programs whereas aspirants have to pursue the B.Sc. programs from Science and Arts colleges.
Key differentiators:-
Even if B Tech and B.Sc. graduates have taken same specializations, B Tech students may have in depth knowledge about the construction, designing and other internal mechanisms concerned with a subject. However, B.Sc. students may only know about the theoretical and practical applications of the instruments, equipments or processes in their field of study.

After completing your BMS, you may choose to pursue Management oriented courses like MMS and MBA. An MBA with specialization in Finance, Marketing or HR would be ideal. Also your choice of a specialization will depend on your interest, career goal and your current job profile.
MMS is the MBA equivalent degree granted by the Mumbai University. It provides future managers with knowledge and business acumen required in Business world.
It is readily accepted by most companies for recruitment in management roles.
Being a BMS student it will be an extension of your skills and will enable you to start up a business venture or excel in a management job.
Along with your job, you may continue with your studies and take admission in an executive MBA program if you so desire. A General MBA also could be a choice, if you have difficulty in choosing a specialization. Alternatively, you may take on a short-term course from an institute such as ICFAI.
There are also a lot of other post graduate courses for which the eligibility is a mere graduation in any subject. You could do a B.Ed if you desire to teach or pursue courses in Media related subjects. You may also take up some of the Professional courses. There is a huge array of professional courses that can be pursued after BMS. You could pursue careers in Civil services; Design; Arts; Hospitality; Law or Academics. Also you could do some courses in computers.
The choice of course is yours. It will depend on your individual interest, personality, aptitude, ability, strengths and career goals.

Pranav, acting doesn't offer job placements since it is a role dependent field. There are several careers in media in writing, production or post production. you can become a reporter, actor or getting behind the camera to direct, cinematograph or do finishing work as an editor, compositor or a VFX artist who can add reality to 3D vizualizations. you may even be a graphic artist who designs the screens, or an animator who brings stories to life as a proxy actor for onscreen characters. you can get into production, whether live or animated. You can be a story writer who writes for live and animated screens or even roll the story into a video/ pc game. you can be a script writer who would stop at nothing to give wonderful scene setups to bring the story to life. you could be an artist who designs characters or who storyboards the film for live or animated performance. you can also double up as a voice over artist who gives his/ her voice to the characters or dub for movie stars, or even be a radio star. you can alternatively look at web for a web of careers in web design, online marketing, search engine optimization, content writing, social media promoting. Any extra skill can be used in this. So it turns out to be one of the most challenging as well as satisfying careers. Sure not recommended for the weak hearted. Do remember that digital design careers (e.g. web design, graphics, UI design, animation, vfx, multimedia) give better profits since they can be delivered anywhere in the world & hence may earn in dollars - resulting in better rewards for designers.
