22 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college, in-spite of having a quota. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
Other than JEE, you may choose to write the below mentioned entrances:

There are some certificates provided by oracle formerly by Sun Microsystem in java technologies. Which are like OCA, OCP, OCWCD etc.
OCA is oracle certified java associate and OCP is Oracle certified java programmer, initially you can opt for any one here.
And yes you can go fro OCP directly both certificates stands at same level but OCA is for the guys who needs only the surface knowledge of java and how the technology works. Good for the support kind of guys.
But OCP is for core programmers who need deep down understanding of technology and its internal workings, API designing techniques development techniques and industry best practices for development.
So I recommend here to go for OCP directly, it requires little hard learning and practice than OCA but in future you can go for OCWCD after getting OCP certification. But in case of OCA you have to get OCP first to get OCWCD certified.

Hello, Out of the three locations, Mumbai is the best to opt. The reason behind is the composure of the crowd and opportunities. The other two locations have a studying strength mostly comprising of the local students i.e. Gujarati's and Marawadi's. The Mumbai branch has almost 80% of students coming from different regions of India ( Bangalore, chennai, kerala, delhi, punjab, hyderabad, etc.) And even from foreign countries. The level of learning is much higher when you are with a cosmo corwd rather than a crowd with people of almost similar background. So the best suggestion is the Mumbai Branch. Also NAEMD is spreading towards Delhi and Dubai in coming periods. Hope this answer would be helpful to guide you

The options are unlimited, as you have done your class 12 with science. With PCM combination of subjects, you can pursue almost any field you set your mind on. You can ofcourse do Engineering which is a professional degree and has streams such as Electrical, Mechanical, Electronic and Communication etc. You can do your graduation in subjects of your interest, even switching to Humanities or Commerce streams if you so desire. You can do a BCA (Computer Applications), BBA (Business Administration), Law, Civil Aviation – Pilot, Astronomy, Architecture, Design, Mass Communication, Merchant Navy, Defense Forces, Psychology, Civil Services etc. To decide on the course, you should analyse your strengths, career goals, interests, personality, aptitude and ability. If you decide based on these parameters you will put in your best effort and will be successful
