22 is too low a score to secure a seat in a government reputed college, in-spite of having a quota. However, you may appear for other entrance exams and secure a seat in a reputed institution.
Other than JEE, you may choose to write the below mentioned entrances:

There are some certificates provided by oracle formerly by Sun Microsystem in java technologies. Which are like OCA, OCP, OCWCD etc.
OCA is oracle certified java associate and OCP is Oracle certified java programmer, initially you can opt for any one here.

As per FIITJEE experts JEE main score is valid only for the current year and hence cannot be used to seek admission in the forthcoming year. Hence, for UPTU, I suggest you get in touch with the officials of UPTU to check the validation of the result.

The current campus is recently changed and shifted to a new place.
But there are nice hostels nearby the new campus.
Two of them are in which the students are currently residing.
They are very convenient with regards to the transportation.
The old campus had and an in house hostel. The hostel is also open for outsiders

Hello, Out of the three locations, Mumbai is the best to opt. The reason behind is the composure of the crowd and opportunities. The other two locations have a studying strength mostly comprising of the local students i.e. Gujarati's and Marawadi's. The Mumbai branch has almost 80% of students coming from different regions of India ( Bangalore, chennai, kerala, delhi, punjab, hyderabad, etc.) And even from foreign countries. The level of learning is much higher when you are with a cosmo corwd rather than a crowd with people of almost similar background. So the best suggestion is the Mumbai Branch.
