Hello Kaira,
Its very nice to know your desire to learn something different than engineering. Normally, open universities do not have any restriction on admitting students for any course and hence the concept of management quota is irrelevant. Also as its a distance learning method, there is no college. The University will send you all material and you have to study at your convenient time.
Best wishes.

No, it's absolutely, not a good option. After doing engineering with CSE this is most important to get placed from the college campus. Otherwise its difficult to search job. Choose the college in which max companies are visiting the campus. So, finally, Vivekananda College is not good for CSE.

1. Considering CPT as Quite Easy
The syllabus of CPT is almost similar to that of 12th Standard. The pass percentage for CPT are also approximately 30 %. As a result, the students consider it very easy and prepare not-so-well for the CPT, Hence, although they pass CPT but their percentage of marks for this exam remains very low in comparison to that scored in the 12th standard. Examination. Because of this, the students start thinking that CA is a difficult examination and hence, they lose their confidence. Further, this low confidence leads to failure in IPCC.
