Established in 1973, Lalit Narayan Mishra College of Business Management, Muzaffarpur (Bihar), belongs to the genre of new generation institutes of national importance in higher education in the domain of Technology and Management. Its aim is to build a sound foundation of knowledge, pursue excellence and enhance creativity in an academically stimulating environment. You have to crack WBJEE and other eligibility criteria is:
The required qualifications and conditions to be fulfilled to participate in the entrance examination will constitute WBJEE 2018 eligibility criteria. Different categories such as nationality, age, academic qualification, domicile and more will have to be fulfilled by the candidates. If the set eligibility criteria of WBJEE 2018 is not satisfied then the candidates will not be allowed to attempt the entrance examination. All candidates are required to have qualified 10+2 (or equivalent) examination to be eligible for WBJEE admissions. Domicile requirement will be different for the various type of participating institute.

First thing, you need to do is figure out your area of interest. Based on that, you need to go through Universities list and check for faculty members working in that area. Then, you need to figure out under whom you would like to work. Then, you send them a mail along with your CV mentioning your academics and publication (if any), and also enquire if there is any vacancy. Once, you get an approval from that faculty for being ready to supervise you, based on the University requirements you might need to give TOFEL or ILETS. Some colleges don't even need that, if you can produce a letter from your university stating medium of instruction was English during your undergrad and graduate studies. I hope it helps.
