Yes, but there shall be a deduction of 2.5% while calculating the best 4.
The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects from LIST A. If the subjects you choose for calculation of best 4 are not in List A, a deduction of 2.5 % for each subject would be done.

The eligibility criteria of PG Diploma in Art Direction and Production Design of FTII is Bachelors Degree in Applied arts, Architecture, Painting, Sculpture, Interior Design or related fields in fine arts or equivalent diploma in any of the above.
Admission criteria: Joint Entrance Test (JET)
Therefore, from above you are not eligible for this course.

Yes, it is possible to get admission un KJ Somaiya based on your CET score. The Institute accepts both JEE Main and MH CET scores for admission to its BTech programme. KJ Somaiya Institute of Technology offers a full-time BTech course of four years duration. Available in four specialisations. Candidates can get into this course on the basis of a valid score in JEE Main exam and MH CET score. However, preference shall be given to the candidate obtaining a non-zero positive score in JEE (Main) BTech over the candidates who obtained a non-zero score in the CET.

No, it's not compulsory, but you will be asked questions from all four subjects in the exam. Each subject has 45 marks in total, i.e., total marks of the test is 180 out of which around 105 marks are safe for you to get your first preference. But it's better to prepare subject you don't have (in this case Maths, as there are some basic questions which you can do with little practice).
