With this rank, although, you would be able to get a college but not the top rung colleges like Jaipuria Institute, Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial Collge of Engineering & Technology, ITM, Vishveshwarya Institute of Engineering and Technology etc. so try with 2nd or 3rd tier. As far as online counseling is concerned you need to apply online and take a date for document verification. For complete information you have to get in touch with the University.

As correctly mentioned by Kesasan, becoming a Tax officer you will require to apply and write to qualify the IRS that is conducted by the UPSC for the top / elite designations; other than this you can also apply through the SSC for similar positions.
But the minimum eligibility remains to be a graduate degree holder from a well reputed and a recognized university. To prepare for these exams, you nay consider to opt for some good coaching institutes and to know about these, please refer to the following link:

First of all I would like to congratulate you on your high score both in MAT and UPSEE. I would suggest you to apply through both and try & get into the best Institute. There are good Institute under UPSEE as well like Jaipuria Institute, Shri Ram Swaroop Memorial Collge of Engineering & Technology, ITM, Vishveshwarya Institute of Engineering and Technology etc. Out of the above mentioned Institutes IILM the one you should target with your kind of percentage, and try and get admission to IILM Lodhi road as this is the best amongst all IILM.
