Hi rutni,
Nice to know that you love chemistry and interested to dev in the same field. O should say its a nice move as chemistry is a fundamental science and has huge scope and extent. First concentrate on getting good grades in chemistry in 12th. IF your GAP is more than 75% you can go for 4 year B.S through Indian Institute of science, for which you have to qualify IIT. When once you are done you can join any institute like IICT which specializes in chemistry.

Hi Nischala, of course Germany is good for technology related courses like UK and USA. But it matters a great deal which subject are you considering. AS you have specified the query under IT, then India is just the best option!!!
