CAT and MAT test is taken by students who wish to pursue MBA, from various institutes in India, whereas GMAT is a test which need to be taken by students who wish to pursue MBA from abroad, however there are many institutes in India which accepts GMAT scores as well for admission in their MBA program.

After completing your B.Tech you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.Tech etc)
As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years after completing your B.Tech and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue than can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
