Well to be a successful programmer, I would suggest you to follow the steps below:
1. You must first decide on which sector you want to specialize in, whether on gaming, database, website development, etc.
2. Train yourself in either JAVA or OOPS or C++ language as per your choice.
3. Join a computer programming community forum on the Internet as that could be quite handy with getting your mastery on the computer language of your choice.

**B.COM General or with specialization like Accounting and Finance or Computer Application or Banking and Insurance
**B.A in Economics or Fashion Communication
**Bachelor of Business Administration
**Bachelor of Business Studies
**Bachelor of Business Management
**Bachelor of Computer Application
2. In my opinion, you should go for B.com professional or B.com (H) as these courses are much more insightful than the normal program course and can provide you much better knowledge as well as practical experience.

As per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue than can further enhance your career prospects, i.e. if you wish to build your career in technical field, then you may pursue masters in same or related fields, whereas if you are interested in management then you may pursue MBA.
- The other advantage of work experience would be that during admission in MBA, you will have advantage over candidates with no work experience.
