As per your query, it seems that you have completed your 12th from science stream, so as per your query, you may consider pursuing B.tech or BE and once completed you should work for 2-3 years gain relevant work experience and then opt for MBA as it will further enhance your career prospects.
In order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
This work experience of yours would give you competitive advantage over other candidates with no work experience during MBA admission.
