In case you are not satisfied with what you get through counselling then try for admission in private universities as they not only offer admissions on the basis of ccb counselling but also directly on the basis of JEE score and even your marks in 12th. Some of them offer scholarships too to meritorious students.

The basic eligibility for admission in a bachelor’s degree is successfully completing higher secondary school certificate (10+2) examination with science subject such as physics, maths and chemistry. Admissions are usually done through entrance examinations.
