BDS, BAMS and BHMS are in the same line that of MBBS. BDS is more similar to MBBS. Competition is as high as MBBS.

Major difference is just that - B.Tech is Skill oriented and BE knowledge oriented.
But both of them are similar having equal scope and future in terms of course curriculum, standards and job prospects.At present no degree, BE or B.Tech is superior to the other. Your performance and your knowledge is what matters.

but if u wait till last round of counseling u may get it.

There is no difference if they are in regular mode. But some colleges offer B.E in part time course so it has definitely less value than regular mode.

B.Tech is a 4 years regular course whereas BCA is a 3 year regular course. Fee of the B. Tech would be more than BCA. May may opt any one among these two. But the most important is college. Select the collge, which provides good placements. U may also look for IIMT Group of colleges.
