i think it will be better for u if you try your career in some other field. take a pen and paper and try to write 10 reasons why you want to become engineer u wont be able to write even 5 so .stop following crowd. and try your career in law, mba, diploma etc.

Definitely Kota government college. Dear it is best to do engineering from a government college than the private University. You have pay less fee and the value of degree is slightly more.

NIT Trichy is the top most NIT, so I suggest you to go for mechanical at NIT Trichy. If you are getting admission in top 3 NITs, then I suggest you to go for CSE.

You can try the entrance exam in institute/ University level like Aligarh Muslim University, Jamia Millia Islamia University, Pusa college etc conduct their own entrance. there are many colleges in every state . you can apply for that too.
