Please enroll into a Bachelor degree program in a recognized institute and complete the first year with very good grades. Check the ANABIN website for your degree equivalency. Since most UG programmes are taught in German, knowing German language is mandatory for many universities. Take your IELTS too. Also check the DAAD website:

The placement is not 100 percent but yes almost all the students without arrear get at least 1 job offer.
