If you are able enjoy sales then okay but also good to have a 2 wheeler with license as many MNC demands. You could get get hardly domain marketing job in average B-Schools, mostly provided field sales, corporate sales, IT software sales, etc.
Being an B.Tech MBA operation will be a perfect lock & key match for you. To get domain profileof operations like plant manager you need to go for CAT to chase IIT,Sp jain,Tapai manipal,ISB.Otherwise you may be foisted in hardcore sales after being an operations guy.
Think rationally. Do not pamper a confused decision in hurry,CAT is tricky and being B.Tech the apti will be your advantage .
