NIT Trichy is better than the colleges which have the working field for the core jobs like NIT Jamshedpur, NIT Raipur, etc. Because the activities provided at NIT Trichy will overpower that. Hope it helps.

I know people think that MUJ is new college and all those things but let me tell you by each year passing MUJ is getting better like with its placement and infrastructure etc.
MUJ is delivering the results for the students but if you are looking just for education like deep education I don't think so this is a place for you.
I'll rather say MUJ provides you a balance of education and college life, I guess you got my point here.
Although if you want a good college life I will suggest MUJ .
The living conditions here are great. Photos from my friends living in IIT's and other universities just can't match up with the standards here. Trust me

As you have scored 68% in CBSE, you are not eligible for JEE Mains. There are two things which I can suggest you:
1. You can prepare for IPU CET.
2. Along with JEE Mains preparation, you can apply for improvement, for improving your CBSE score to 75%.

Join Mocks, IMS is good for concept builders, TIME/IMS mocks are good, give mocks as many as you can. Start building your basics with books by Arun Sharma/ RS Aggarwal for quant/LR/DI/Verbal. For vocabulary, you can go for Word Power made Easy(Norman Lewis).
