All the good and top ranked B-School across the globe requires minimum 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation at Assistant Managerial/Managerial level, TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus, and GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
UK and USA has some of the best universities in the world which provides quality MBA program, and has good job prospects, getting PR in UK and USA is quite difficult, Canada and Scandinavian countries offer quick time PR.

All colleges are good. All provide placements. All have similar syllabus, exams, results. You can avoid donation. You can any UGC and AICTE recognized college which provides you admission without donation, work hard, get good results followed by good placements. This will help your father. He will be proud of you.

You may get admission to a UPTU college but if you talk about J.S.S , KITE, or galgotia which are few of the renowned Institutes under UPTU, it would not be possible.

St. Xavier's College is one of the best colleges in the country. It is worth doing from this college. To get admission is very difficult because you must have a good percentage.
