Try to enhance your competence level in the computer system, you may learn some programing and something related to hardware. You may get yourself academically more qualified in the stream which is related to the business house in which you are Executive Secretary. That would improve your chances in the same organization. You may also think of doing MBA with specialization in Human resource management through distance education mode.

u have to give an entrance exam. called NATA. 80 marks are passing marks in this exam out of 200. (100 marks for drawing exam and 100 marks for online exam =200 marks)like i scored 96/200 in nata and 70% in hsc. now it will be calculated as follows
50% of my nata score and 50% of my hsc marks.
so it will be
96/4=24 (i have divided it by 4 bcoz nata exam is of 200 marks 100 marks each i mean tht counts 50% oky)
so
96/4=24
and 70/2=35 (half of my hsc %)
so my nata score is 24+35= 59%( remember this will be in % always) okay.
god bless.
