If you are looking for a career in research, the best option after B.Sc chemistry is M.Sc in Agriculture Sciences as 60 to 70% is still have their sustenance on Agriculture and you definitely can get good career growth in this sector. However, if you are looking for a particular specialized field you can opt for Organic Chemistry of Food technology which is again has a really good career scope.

If you want to get into research work or teaching profile go for PhD, If you want to join corporate companies one option could be a SAP certification in Marketing, or else you can do some short term one year courses in a particular Marketing specialization like Material Management, Retail management etc. as suggested by Mr. Joshi. So, first of all you need to ponder on your own interests and then make a decision accordingly.
