This course will train the students with the fundamentals and principles of classical animation, which will serve as a solid foundation for every type, kind and style of animation. Students will also explore digital animation techniques using 3D and vector-graphics software, video and special effects techniques or creating stunning visuals for their animated projects and the necessary writing skills for the research and development of animation
The main highlights of the course are :-
Considerable practical hands on time is spent on examining how visual images, first created on paper (2D), can be manipulated and enhanced using computer technology so that the final result (2D or 3D) can be delivered in an animated and potentially interactive form using digital media such as CDS and websites. Work is carried out individually as well as in groups, so that students are able to develop important team-working skills from an early stage
