Dear Saesh , the course fee differs depending on various factors, like the duration , course content , band , certification , location ( Cities ) etc . Hence I suggest , 1st you decide the institute, go personally and visit them , if you are satisfied with all other factors then talk about the fees to them directly , also check for EMI options , maximum of the institutes offer EMI facilities on 0% interest rate.

If you are getting core branch in GSITS even after home state quota, then don't go for lower NIT's as then GSITS will be better. Things are not only dependent on the NITs, also, GSITS has mostly NIT type student quality and sincere curriculum. I would strongly recommend you to go for GSITS.
