Both the universities are great at there places, as if I talk about LPU, this university is differently great in north zone of India. This university reputation is above then any other university around and there is no scope of comparison because LPU have there own standards. Hi,
For a Diploma course it can be 60% and degree course, it will be higher. If your percentage is 80% and above, you will have better chances of good universities. For IELTS 6.5 is good enough. Start shortlisting universities as per the course and check their specific requirements as well.
