It is not a good college for doing MBA as it doesn't feature even under the top 50 colleges in India. Not being a reputed college, the placements too won't be great there. Better avoid it and aim for a much better college.

Hello Yadav,
Yes, a B.Sc. graduate can go for MA degree.
Although some colleges/Institutions insist on having a B.A degree for admission in an MA programme , still, there are some others which are lenient on this part.
So, research the best college for the subject that you want to do Masters in.

Hello Chhavi,
For doing post graduation in any subject it is expected that you have completed at least graduation in it. I therefore do not think that you are eligible for MA in Indian History on the basis of your B.Sc.

Hello!
With such scores you can get look forward with best universities such as VIT, LPU, Thapar, DTU, BITS, Manipal and few more. I have done my engineering from Lovely Professional University, so I would suggest you to have a look over LPU dor CSE. LPU these days is beating up IITs and NITs in terms of placements and learning. Few of the major features that make LPU stand high from others are :
1. The highest Number of Placements in Top MNCs (Microsoft, Amazon, Cognizant, IBM, etc. )
2. The highest Number of In-house Industry-Sponsored Labs for Hands-on Exposure (Microsoft Innovation Centre, SAP, Oracle, IBM Software Lab, Virtusa Robo
...more
