JUET test pattern is such that there are two question papers, one for UG course admissions and the other for PG course admissions. JUET exam comprises of 150 objective type questions. Hello Satvik,
Generally, if you fail in one or two subjects then colleges allow you to attend class in the 2nd year and then give the exam next year with the paper of 2nd year but if you fail in honours subject then you have to first pass the exam and then attend the next year's class. The admission is done through JELET.
Other eligibility criteria:
Candidate having passed diploma with at least 60% marks from recognized university.
And the Admission is through counseling based on the rank obtained in West Bengal Joint Entrance Lateral Entry Test (JELET).
Vacant seats will be filled through management quota based on marks obtained in diploma.

No, you cannot pursue a post graduation course with an under-graduation course. The eligibility criteria to pursue MBA is to be graduate in any discipline. So, you first have to complete your B.Com then only you will be eligible to apply for MBA.

What happens after four years is actually anybody's guess. There will be wide array of opinions. However what matters is how much hard work you have put in while studying. Remember, there is always room at the top. My opinion is that plenty of opportunities will crop up four years from today.
