Although, IIM & NIIT both has a good name in market, the scope & value of a program will differ from person to person as the purpose for doing a particular program is different for each person. In your case I would say it is the very right decision and you definitely will get the good results.

Hi,
To apply to colleges you need to have cleared all your subjects. Secondly, in +2 one generally have 5 subjects, 6 is only in the case you take up an optional subject. So, if you had an optional subject in +2 that would not be included while applying to colleges. As far as calculating the percentage is concerened some colleges accept best of 4 whereas others will accept aggregate percentage. So, you need to check with the colleges for their admission procedure.
