B.Com like any other graduate course can offer jobs but with less opportunities to grow with, hence it is advised that you should opt for further education depending on your career interests like you may opt for MBA in the specialization of your interest, or may opt for specialized programs in Banking, Finance, HR depending on your interest. Opting for a independent professional career you can opt for Law, CA, CS, CFA courses.
But the decision of opting a particular course would depend on your area of interest entirely and without knowing that it would be difficult for anyone to provide you with the details.
