If you mean bachelor degree in finance and accounting, then you may surely pursue this course after completing 12th from science stream.
In order to pursue MBA, you need to be graduate in any discipline with atleast 50% marks.
So, you may pursue any course at undergraduate level, as per your interest and liking, however it would be always advisable to work for 2-3 years after completing graduation and then opt for MBA, as it will further enhance your career prospects.

the matter is now how you will contiune
start from zero i mean from basic
first read syllabus and go by it
its medical exam so have to do hard work
you can do it
i can understand your feeling its very hard to start from zero but once you start you never get stop
so just do it
hope your qurey got solve it not then feel free and ask again i ll explain it again :-)
