Hi,
Germany is a country know for its technical programs and also research programs in Germany are govt. funded (Not management programs), thus you might have to pay a minimum fee ranging from Euro 140- 500.
In order to pursue a PhD you need to first prepare your research proposal and send it to the university.
In your proposal you need to write the topic, reason for doing research, how the research will be beneficial and how is it different from other researches. Also, you need to mention how you will progress during the research and the duration you might need to achieve the milestones you have set.
If the university accepts your proposal you will be asked to send in your documents after which you will get the offer letter. Then meeting all the requirements you can begin with the visa process.
To approach a University you must contact the dean or the professor at the University.

Group discussion and personal interview are one of the important eligibility criteria to get admission in MBA program.
In most of the colleges GDs are held on current topics related to sports, economics, business etc, so you need to be aware of all the latest current affairs, for this you should read news papers and magazines on daily basis.
GD is a team activity, so while participating you should express your views very clearly at the same time you also should give chance to others members in team to speak.
It is always advisable to take initiative and speak first if you know about the topic, but if you are not aware of the topic you should listen to others first and then speak.
As soon as you get to know the topic don't immediately start the discussion take 1-2 minutes time, jort down the points and then speak.
While speaking in GD your tone should not be aggressive, it should be polite and humble.
When the discussion is over, it would be good if you give the final conclusion on behalf of the group.
In order to do well in interviews, you need to prepare on the below mentioned 2 categories:
- Physical preparations for interview:
Physical preparations include looking after health and hygiene, maintaining a groomed appearance, dressing appropriately, good body language, etc.
- Mental preparations for interview.
