If you mean Computer engineer means Bachelor of computer science than its not possible. For this you have to enter pre engineering entrance test and take admission in First year of engineering degree.

You haven't specified whether you're looking for a Master's Degree level course or a Short Term Diploma/Certificate course. A Master's Degree in IT or Computer Science will better equip you for a career in Information Technology. For this, you can either do an MCA or MSC (IT). Many top institutes offering these courses require you to have studied Mathematics in 10+2. I don't know if you had Maths in +2.
